GOAT HORN HEADPIECE
So yeah, I've fiddled with this on and off and lovingly called it The Very Secret Project, mostly because I never knew if I could pull it off or not. :)
But, after much back and forth and drying of layers and sanding of bumps and collecting of flowers
........ta-da!
One event-ready Goat Horn Headpiece!

Fabric behind is the skirt I intend to wear with the headpiece.

Oh. good grief! How right you are! I am SO sorry to be so far behind! Yes, indeed, no chapeau is worth its seaworthy salt unless previously donned by the infamous Yellow Dog. :)
