SUNNY DAY

Though extremely windy, it was a warm, sunny day at the barn!
We took advantage of the weather to introduce Miss Bertha-bean to the barn yard....and to cow-ture!
She took to it quite well!

My Darla Clementine got jealous and insisted upon wearing the dress since it was HER dress to begin with!

I tried to tell her that it might be a bit...snug.......

"Does this dress make my butt look fat?"

Goats can almost FLY in this windy weather!

Miss Bean took a walk in the barn yard.

She looks so much bigger without the perspective of Farmer's grandsons!

Bertha is a Faerie Cow!  Sometimes she's black......

And sometimes she's brown......

Lizzie didn't want to be left out but all we had was my hat......which didn't fit.......

A sunny day is a funny day!  But now it's time for lunch and a nap!
Darla has a Special Home.....

Goatie Kisses, everyone!  Thanks for playing with us on the Sunny Day!

LIZZIE BEE

Miss Lizze Bee (Elizabeth Rose Bovinia) has been feeling quite left out of late.

If you notice, unless I'm at an event, all the pics I can successfully get are from the other side of the fence.   Once you open the gate all bets are off according to the animals!

Lizzie thrives, in the goat pen, and is Darla's best friend.  She's pretty dog-like, follows at the side of your knee comes and answers when you call her name.

She's such a goof.  I love having her!

And, as always, it pains me that she isn't in my back yard...........

Enjoy!

Moo-rry Yule from Lizzie!

MISS LIZZIE-COW

My sweet Miss Lizzie-cow is getting to be a big girl.
It's funnny to hear her answer when I call her name.
She waits at the gate with Darla for a yummy.
She has no idea that she's not a goat.

I like that.

I wonder what kind of a big girl cow she'll grow up to be?

Introducing.....Miss Elizabeth Rose Bovinia

Well, go figure.  This wee, sweet black and white girl just dropped out of Red, the red cow.
And the bull (ooo...he is a mean, scary guy) the bull is red and white as well.

Ha!

Thing is, I told Farmer I wanted a black and white cow.

I like when he just shakes his head back and forthe real slow.

I have a theory though.  In my quest for my own borrowed cow I did ask for a Faerie Favor.
So I'm thinking that the Faeries came in the wee hours and painted the new bairn black and white.
And as long as I keep leaving cookies under Old Lugh then she'll stay that way.

And I haven't got a better explanation.

I've named her Miss Elizabeth Rose Bovinia but we call her Lizzie.
She was born of Friday morning and is the cutest thing ever.  (except for Darla!)
She knows my voice and moos as loud as a grown cow.
I have a feeling I'd better get to the fabric store.  This one is going to be a real challenge.  ;)

And Miss Darla?  Well, I'm pretty sure I heard her say:  Hands off my horn bows....and my Maa-maa.

I remain,
Mimi Foxmorton:  Cow Borrower.......(?)
