LIPS MADE FOR KISSIN'!MY PEOPLEHow lucky is this three day weekend so back I go amongst My People!
This is the last day that I have to spend all day taking care of Darla until the weekend comes again. I'll only be able to do the evenings. I hope she doesn't forget me or feel sad that I'm gone. (or think someone else is her Maa.)
Perils of goat borrowing but still, I feel blessed.

She is an adorable baby! She won't forget, don't worry. She'll be learning important goat-school lessons while you're away. By the way, here's a link for you. Martok gives us great tips on his goaty life: http://www.hobbyfarms.com/hobby-farms-editorial-blogs/sue-weaver/default.aspx
Trust me, Darla will never forget who her Maaa is. Still it would be nice to be a stay at barn mom.
It's plain to see, you LOVE that baby!
Wish I didn't have to work today! I could play with my goats instead! Darla is truly adorable and I can see why she is such a draw for you. I am so glad you have begun to bond with her. She will make an excellent storytelling goat. Lucky Nickel said you had a question about diapers...she said she's going to do a special blog post for you...stay tuned this week!
Trust me. If you bottle feed the baby, it will be your baby forever. Just wait until she is 100+ pounds and tries to get in your lap. :)
Such a cuteee baby! I love the close up of her. You are so lucky!
Thanks everyone!
I know she's going to grow big and strong and love visiting all the children with our stories!
Sandy-Thanks for the heads up on that site...I'm going to check it out and add it.
Millie & Marigold-I know....but others are feeding her so I worry. But when she hears my voice she comes a maa-in' and a runnin' to me! :)
Ooo...Lucky Nickle....a diaper blog!
I seriously need advice from an expert for future reference! :)
Ok..break's over...back I go!
:)
